The Las Cruces Public Schools Communications Department is here to support teachers, principals, and the exceptional students of LCPS. The Communications Department works with schools, administrative divisions, community groups and individuals to provide information of interest to the community.

The department handles all media requests for the district, maintains the district website, issues press releases, and serves as the Records Custodian for Las Cruces Public Schools — complying with all public records requests the district receives.

Additionally, the department facilitates community engagement and builds relationships with community partners to benefit and support the students of LCPS.
