Mission

The Leadership Department strives to provide ongoing professional development and support to building level administrators through:

  • Focusing on student achievement
  • Strengthening leadership competencies within individuals
  • Supporting administrators in identifying systems which build positive and engaging school cultures
  • Securing resources and materials needed to build leadership capacity
  • Coordinate and lead professional learning communities for building leaders
  • Develop and facilitate leadership academies and provide other opportunities for aspiring leaders
  • Collaborate with principals to provided leadership guidance and support
