Blast off into an unforgettable experience at the Percy IV Camp, hosted by the Challenger Learning Center of Las Cruces! Designed to ignite curiosity and fuel a passion for science, technology, engineering and math (STEM), this hands-on camp blends academic discovery with out-of-this-world fun.
Whether your student dreams of becoming an astronaut, engineer, or scientist, the Percy IV Camp will launch their imagination and learning to new heights!
Registration is open for our final day camp this year. Click on the link below to register. A few things to keep in mind:
WHO: All 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders who have NOT participated in this year's summer camps or this school year's day camps.
WHAT: Perseverance/Ingenuity IV Day Camp. Students will help determine the first colony site on Mars by researching, building, and deploying a rover and a helicopter on the Red Planet.
WHEN: Monday, October 13th. This is an Educator Planning day and LCPS students will not have classes.
WHERE: Challenger Learning Center of Las Cruces. 505 S. Main, Suite 400, LC, NM.
WHY: The CLCLC specializes in space simulations that involve age appropriate STEM activities.
