Dear parents and guardians, several schools at LCPS have gone into a shelter-in-place due to lightning detected within 10 miles of our schools. Upon the occurrence of lightning at dismissal time, students who drive may be released based on principal’s discretion. All bus riders and walkers will be sheltered until the area is deemed safe. If you are picking up your child while a school is sheltering in place due to weather, you may do so at your own risk. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please check in with your child's school for updates. *Please note that buses will be running late today.

Attn MVLA Families. We are in Shelter in Place. We will be releasing students to their rides directly from the building. We ask parents to please stay in your vehicles. We will have Lego Robotics and Esports since both are indoor activities.
