Visual and Performing Arts

The Las Cruces Public Schools system provides a comprehensive K-12 Visual & Performing Arts program. LCPS Elementary Schools provide Art and Music classes to all students during their elementary education. Upon entering the secondary level, students are offered numerous specialized elective courses ranging from Visual Arts (Fine Arts & Creative Media courses) and many areas of Performing Arts (Band, Choir, Orchestra, Jazz Band, Dance, Theatre). Each school site can provide detailed information about the Arts Programs at their school.
