Windy conditions expected Wednesday morning on San Augustin Pass prompted the Department of Defense to call for a delayed start for White Sands Missile Range. The decision means students and staff will begin their day at White Sands School at 11:30 a.m.
High school students who live on the installation should also expect delayed bus service. As of Tuesday evening, weather was not expected to impact any other schools in the Las Cruces Public Schools district.
