The New Mexico Scholastic Press Association hosted the NMAA Scholastic Publication state championships where students participated in broadcasting, journalism, and creative writing, photography, and desktop publishing/design contests.
This year the competition was a hybrid format where some students competed virtually, and others competed in person. Students demonstrated their skills followed by a review and feedback sessions by the judges during the event. This year state winners are:
