Las Cruces Public Schools is asking parents, community members, staff and select students to share their thoughts and perceptions of the district's culture and learning environment. The 2026 Culture and Climate Survey is open now, available using this link. The survey is available in English and Spanish and takes about 10 minutes to complete. Questions include, but are not limited to, feelings on safety, students' access to technology, staff wellness and available resources.
The survey is open to students in grades six through 12, all LCPS parents, community members and LCPS staff. Answers collected during the survey are confidential and will be used for research purposes to ensure that LCPS meets the needs of parents, students and staff, while aligning those needs with district goals.
The deadline for responding to the survey is April 27.
