A huge shoutout to the incredible Student Leadership Team at Monte Vista Elementary! Today, they were recognized by Ms. Juliette Paez-Pearcy and the McKinney-Vento Project Link team for their amazing efforts in collecting hygiene items to support over 800 students experiencing homelessness in our district. In just 14 days, this dedicated group collected over 2,000 items — the largest donation the program has ever received! Their compassion, leadership, and commitment to helping others is truly inspiring. Each student received a certificate of recognition for their hard work, but the impact they’ve made goes far beyond any award. Way to go, Wolf Pack! You’ve shown that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference. #WolfPackPride #StudentLeaders #CommunityMatters #MonteVistaElementary
