Dear parents and guardians, all middle schools at LCPS have gone into a shelter-in-place due to lightning detected within 10 miles of our schools.
Upon the occurrence of lightning at dismissal time, students who drive may be released based on principal’s discretion.
All bus riders and walkers will be sheltered until the area is deemed safe. If you are picking up your child while a school is sheltering in place due to weather, you may do so at your own risk.
We apologize for the inconvenience. *Please note that buses will be running late today.

With the added incentive of a home game and homecoming, the Trojans look to repeat their dominating performance in week 1 against the Santa Teresa Desert Warriors.

Also representing Las Cruces Public Schools at the exhibition were Mesilla Valley Leadership Academy students Maddie Sandel and Lily Louick, both 12, and Alivia Villanueva, 14, along with their teacher, Morgan Harding.
